August 14 Game Day Activities

Welcome and Arrival:  10 am – 11:30

The Club Valet Service will begin at 10:00 am until 11:30 am.

Our Club Valet service volunteers will greet you as you arrive at the gate.   Platinum ParkingDriving Purposeful Change – and Carefree Concierge  – Moving Made Easy – are this year’s sponsors and volunteers.  We do business with both of these companies and value what they bring to all of our interactions.

Our friendly Club Valet volunteers will meet and greet you at your vehicle as you pull in and direct you to the valet service near the clubhouse. They will tag your clubs, help you unload them, and deliver them to your assigned team cart with the utmost care. You can park and walk over to enjoy the registration process, say hello to old friends and have a pizza lunch at 11 am. We aim to make this a seamless process for you.  Our volunteers will be available to deliver your clubs until 11:45 am.
