What to Expect on Arrival
🅿️ Club Valet Service | 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Back by popular demand — our friends at Platinum Parking will once again be providing Club Valet Service.
As you arrive, our friendly welcome team — Gerry, James, Jesse, Jo-Anne, Andy, Phil, Ernie, and Landon — will greet you at your vehicle, unload and tag your clubs, and ensure they’re delivered directly to your team cart.
Once you’re checked in, take a stroll over to registration, reconnect with friends, and enjoy some early-day perks! Janet and Gabby will be there to greet you and make sure you receive your drink coupons, agenda for the day and other information you will need.
☕ Morning Coffee with Colosimo Coffee | From 9:30 AM
We’re thrilled to welcome Jay Colosimo and his team, offering fresh pastries and their signature pour-over coffee. A special roast will also be available for purchase in honour of the tournament — the perfect kickstart to your day! Consider purchasing a bag of Concordia Coffee Beans, with proceeds going to the Concordia Foundation and our cause for this tournament.
📸 Team Photos & ⛳ Putting Contests | From 10:00 AM
Stop by for a team photo and test your skills in two fun putting contests, including the always-popular “Shoot from the Hip”!

Sales Team
- Purchase Arm’s Length Draw tickets – our sales team, led by Megan Carson of Scotiabank and our Golf Committee, is here to help.
- All prizes are 100% donated and proceeds are 100% going to the Concordia Foundation for the cause of this year – robotic surgery. Choose your own prize.
- Super Packs are available for purchase onsite, or pick up your pre-ordered packs at registration.
- Silent Auction bids are accepted for a luxury wine tasting for eight people donated by Dark Horse and a box of 6-oz. Sirloin steaks from Whitecap Foods. We will announce the winner of the bids at 5 pm.
All prizes will be on display in the clubhouse starting at 1:00 PM, with ticket sales continuing until the draw at 3:15 PM. Every dollar raised supports our cause—thank you for your generosity.

We’ll kick off the tournament with a welcome from Matt, who will review the day’s details before launching us into play.
🕛19th Hole Wrap Up | 4:30 – 6:30
The 19th Hole Wrap-Up will open at 4:30 and feature live music, prizes on display, food stations, and announcements.
The “19th Hole” is back by popular demand with food, live entertainment, and prize draws sponsored by Apollo Flooring.
