Welcome to the 2026 Concordia Classic! Whether you’re joining us as a golfer, sponsor, volunteer, or guest, we’re so grateful you’re here. Your generosity helps make exceptional healthcare possible across the Concordia Campus, and today is our opportunity to celebrate that impact together.
Relax, enjoy the day, reconnect with friends, make a few new ones, and, most importantly, have fun! We’ve planned a day filled with great golf, delicious food, plenty of laughs, and a few friendly competitions along the way.
What to Expect on Arrival
9:30 – 11:30 AM | Registration & Club Valet
Leave the heavy lifting to us!
Our friends at Platinum Parking are once again providing complimentary Club Valet Service.
As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by Gerry, James, Jo-Anne, Andy, Ernie, Eddi, Landon and our amazing volunteer team. They’ll unload your clubs, tag them, and deliver them directly to your golf cart while you head over to registration.
Janet, Gabby and our registration crew will have everything ready for you, including:
- Drink tickets
- Your event program
- Course information
- Super Packs (if pre-purchased)
- Everything you need for a fantastic day!

Start your morning with fresh pastries and an incredible pour-over coffee from Jay Colosimo and the Colosimo Coffee team.
Don’t forget to pick up a bag of our special Concordia Coffee roast. Every purchase supports this year’s tournament cause—Memory Matters.

Raffle Tickets, Silent Auction & Prize Centre
- Remember! You miss 100% of the raffle tickets you don’t buy.
- Buying more tickets is statistically proven to increase your optimism.
- Warning: Winning may result in excessive smiling.
Our incredible sales team, led by Megan Carson (Scotiabank) and members of the Golf Committee, will be selling raffle tickets throughout the day.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Choose your own prize from our amazing prize collection.
- Every prize has been generously donated.
- Every dollar raised supports Memory Matters.
- Super Packs will be available for purchase or pickup.
- Bid on our featured Silent Auction item: Luxury Winnipeg Goldeyes Suite for up to 20 guests (Value: $1,100)
Prize displays open in the clubhouse beginning at 1:00 PM, with ticket sales continuing until the draw at 3:15 PM.

Each golfer will receive two beverage tickets upon registration to enjoy at the 19th Hole. While you’re there, try one of Elmhurst Golf Club’s famous house-made brews—including the always-talked-about Peanut Butter IPA—or enjoy your favourite beverage.
Our Course Ambassadors will be circulating throughout the course with water to help everyone stay hydrated.
And keep an ear out for Tate Hiebert, who’ll be making his way around the course sharing music, smiles and plenty of good cheer!
